High Street Victorian B & B Reservations
Advance reservations are recommended. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to one night’s room rate per room reserved including applicable taxes and fees charged to a valid credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and cash.
Room rates are per night for one or two people and include a complimentary multi-course, gourmet breakfast, complimentary beverages and snacks. Some high season, holiday or special event weekends may require a 2-night stay and require payment in full two weeks ahead of time.
For everyone's safety and convenience only registered guests are permitted in the guest rooms
If you have a gift certificate that you are using to make your reservation, you MUST CALL the innkeeper to make the reservation. DO NOT book on line as this results in your credit card being charged the full deposit. This amount is NOT refundable.
If you have a gift certificate, you must inform the innkeeper that you are using it to pay for the room. You must bring the gift certificate with you when checking in.
Your room reservation is an agreement between the High Street Victorian and you. When a guest room is reserved, we agree to provide that room and all services related to it on the reserved dates. We decline all subsequent reservation requests and do not overbook. In turn, by making the reservation, you agree to abide by our rules of occupancy and to pay for your room reservation.
Occasionally, guest plans change necessitating room reservation cancellation. If your plans change, please notify us as soon as possible. This provides us the best opportunity to resell your room.
Room reservation cancellation notice for reservations received fifteen (15) or more days before your reservation date (for a non event, non holiday, non festival weekend) a refund of the reservation deposit less a 10% handling charge will be given, or fully exchanged for a gift certificate. If its a Holiday, Events or Festival weekend no refund will be given.
When a cancellation is received with fifteen (15) days or less in advance of the scheduled arrival date, the party will be charged for the entire cost of the reserved night(s).
Note: On holidays, Events or Festival weekends no refund given if cancelled. The party will be charged the entire cost of the reserved night(s). Failure to cancel your reservation will result in charges for all nights of your reserved stay.

Checking Into the B & B
Check-in is from 3:30 pm -7 p.m. Later check-in is possible by special arrangement.
Breakfast is served at 9 AM Monday - Saturday and 8 AM on Sundays (due to earlier check out time)
Checking Out of the B & B
Check-out is by 10 a.m. Sundays, and 11:00 am Monday - Saturday. We do not offer a late check out time. We need time to thoroughly clean rooms after guests have left. If you leave after check out time, you will be charged a $50/hr fee.
Children and Pets
Our accommodations do not meet the needs of children under 10.
We do not have facilities for pets. The innkeepers’ golden retriever is confined to the owners’ quarters unless the guests wish to have interaction with them.
Smoking / Candles
For the safety and comfort of all guests, no smoking, tobacco, incense or open flames of any kind are allowed anywhere on the property. We are a smoke free facility. There is a minimum $500 cleaning charge for violating the smoking/candles policy and will be charged to the credit card that was used to book the room.
Due to insurance regulations we do not serve alcohol.
Guests are responsible for any and all property damage, and excessive dirtiness above normal use. You will be charged for repair, replacement,or in the event of excessive dirtiness, cleaning fees.This charge will be placed on the credit card used for your room deposit.
Most Bed & Breakfasts are smaller privately owned and often part of the owners own home. It is this very quality that attracts guests who wish to seek a quiet get away and are looking for an upscale experience away from the 'hotel atmosphere'. Please remember there are other guests on the premises for this very reason. Excessive noise (such as loud talking, yelling, loud laughing and carrying on) are discouraged. If you wish to enjoy a bottle of wine you must bring your own as we do not have a liquor license to provide it. Any guests who are disruptive to other guests will be reminded of this policy, and may be asked to leave if they don't comply.
Extra persons: All rooms have one queen bed and sleep 2 adults. We no longer can accommodate additional guests in rooms.
Rates do not include sales tax or lodging tax.
All Occupants/Guests use the High Street Victorian at their own risk. Occupants agree to release the Property Owners of High Street Victorian and to indemnify, defend and hold them harmless from all liability, claims and causes of actions whatsoever and from all damages to Occupant’s family, licensees, guests, invitees, and/or other persons or property occupying or utilizing the Premises during the term hereof which occur or arise as a result of the Occupant’s use or occupancy of the Unit or Premises. Occupants further agree to indemnify Management / and Owners for any damages claimed, alleged or caused to Occupants or third parties by Occupant’s use or occupancy or the use of Occupant’s family, licensees, invitees, guests and/or third parties. By endorsing this Guest Occupancy Agreement and occupying the premis, Occupant of Premise (Cardholder), Guest(s) and/or Invitee(s) hereby forever hold harmless and indemnify High Street Victorian and its Property Owners from any liability/responsibility arising.
